ENARM is in active development. The Spanish-language clinical-case engine and the exam’s official content weighting, sourced from the CIFRHS specification, are built; the exam goes live once the remaining source content is in place and a Mexican-peso price is set.

ENARM on Prep is testlet-native: a shared patient vignette with linked decisions, graded together, with the case’s level-of-management category (comprehensive management, joint management, or support and referral) revealed only after grading so it cannot hint at the answer.
